General Terms
- Request Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Single Request per Order: Only one request per order (cancellation, return, or exchange) is allowed.
Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility Criteria for Returns/Exchanges:
Requests can be initiated once per order and within 3 days of delivery, provided:
- Product(s) are unused and unwashed.
- Tags are intact.
- Items were not purchased during a sale or at a discounted price.
- Product(s) have not been custom altered or tailored.
Ineligible Scenarios for Returns:
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Customized or Altered Products: Items tailored to customer specifications.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Products purchased at a discounted price.
- Used or Washed Items: Includes products with signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.
- Missing Tags or Packaging: Items without original tags, labels, or packaging.
- Accessories in a Set: Items like dupattas or blouses that are part of a set cannot be returned individually.
- Color Variations: Slight color differences due to lighting or fabric dyes are not considered defects.
- Subjective Reasons: Disliking the design, color, or style after delivery.
- Opening Without Video Proof: Damage or defect claims require a clear unboxing video.
- Late Requests: Requests made beyond 72 hours of delivery.
- Improper Packaging During Self-Return: Returns without proper packaging or missing essential details (name, order ID, and contact information).
Refund Policy
Refund Process:

Store Credit Refunds:
- Applicable for size exchanges, customer preference, or other non-defective reasons.
- Issued within 3-5 working days after quality inspection.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases.

Original Payment Mode Refunds:
- Applicable for wrong, damaged, or defective products upon delivery.
- Requires unboxing video and photographic evidence.
- Refunds may take an additional 2-3 business days for bank processing.
- Platform Charges: For non-defective refunds, a nominal deduction of ₹300 per dress will apply as platform and processing fees.
Refund Timelines:
- Refunds are generally completed within 2-3 weeks, including inspection and bank processing time.
Exchange Policy
Damaged/Incorrect/Missing Products:
- Inform us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Reverse pickup or self-return options are available based on location.
- No return fee for damaged/incorrect items (evidence required).
Size Exchanges or Alternative Products:
- Request a size exchange within 72 hours of delivery.
- If the requested size is unavailable, an exchange with another product will be offered.
- Reverse Pickup Fee: ₹150 per product, prepaid by the customer.
- Each order is eligible for only one size exchange.
Return/Exchange Process

- Provide Evidence: Share reasons for the return along with supporting images or an unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/incorrect products).

Shipping Options:
- Reverse Pickup: Arranged within 2-5 working days if eligible.
- Self-Return: For locations without reverse pickup, use a traceable shipping method. Include name, order ID, and mobile number on the package.
- Processing Timeline: Exchanges or replacements are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping Charges for Returns/Exchanges
- Free Shipping: For damaged or incorrect items (proof required).
- Customer-Initiated Exchanges: ₹150 reverse pickup charge per product.
Cancellation Policy
- COD Orders: Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours or before the order status changes to "Processing."
- Prepaid Orders: A 5% fee is deducted for cancellations after payment to cover platform charges.
- TheVanya’s reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or repeated cancellations by customers.
Delivery Issues
- Tampered Packages: Report within 24 hours with an unboxing video.
- Non-Delivery: Inform us within 24 hours of a "Delivered" status in tracking records.
